Vacuum Guages and Controllers
VACUUBRAND offers a comprehensive range of electronic measuring instruments for laboratory and industrial use, as well as controllers for rough and fine vacuum to regulate from atmospheric pressure down to 10-3 mbar. Modern vacuum gauges and controllers in laboratory and industry must meet high requirements.
VACUUBRAND products are characterized by:
- Open interface architecture for system integration
- Consistent chemical resistance in the wetted area
- Plug and play - tailor-made and easily configurable components due to VACUU·BUS®
Vacuum controllers
The diverse vacuum applications in laboratory and industrial use often require controlled vacuum or pump management for:
Time savings and shorter process time
Reproducible results in drying and evaporation processes
Minimization of foaming and boiling delay
The newly developed vacuum controller VACUU·SELECT® makes vacuum control even easier. VACUU·SELECT® - the interactively operable controller for all vacuum processes in the laboratory - with touch display and user-friendly user interface. Suitable for all VACUUBRAND pumps and pumping units in the laboratory, but also for applications with existing vacuum sources and -networks.
Vacuum Gauges
The DVR 2pro is a fully electronic, versatile vacuum gauge for the measuring range from atmospheric pressure to 1 mbar. All wetted parts are made from enhanced chemical resistant material which allows the use under very rough laboratory conditions. The high accuracy and the large graphical display from the DVR 2 have also been carried forward for the “pro” version. One of the main enhancements is the power supply with a normal 9 V Alkaline battery. The new battery slot at the back of the gauge allows for easy replacement of the battery. A wider range of connection parts provide a great range of connection flexibility for laboratory use.
Key Features
Improved functionality within the navigation menu helps to save energy and to increase the life cycle of the battery
Large, graphical analog display with digital measuring values allows to detect tendencies and makes it easier to readout precisely
Pressure unit user-selectable in mbar, hPa or Torr prevents unnecessary conversions
